Confidentiality Policy

A client file is created containing contact details and progress notes. No information about the sessions will be released without your permission. 

There are a few exceptions to this: 

• If there is a concern that you or someone else is at imminent risk of harm;

• If you have given written consent to share information with someone else, and if

• The court issues a subpoena requesting your case files.

Written permission will be sought if you want information to be provided to another health professional or a third party.
